No. Registration, payment, QR passes and results all work in a mobile browser. Organisers and gate volunteers can optionally use our scanner app for faster offline check-in.
Check-in and score entry queue locally on the device and sync automatically once connectivity returns. Nothing is lost, and duplicate scans are reconciled for you.
Collections settle to your registered bank account on a T+2 cycle. Refunds are issued in one click from the participant record and reflect in 5–7 working days depending on the payment method.
Yes. Pro plans allow your logo, colours and sponsor strip across the event page and certificates. Championship plans add a white-label domain such as events.yourinstitution.edu.in.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in Indian data centres, and handled in line with the DPDP Act. Minors' records carry additional consent controls for schools.
