Fees your participants pay settle into your registered bank account two working days after the transaction, minus gateway charges. Every payout carries a UTR you can match against your bank statement.
Cancel a Pro event more than 48 hours before entries open and you pay nothing. Participant refunds are one click from their record and reach the payer in 5–7 working days depending on the method.
Registered NGOs, trusts running grassroots sport, and government schools and departments get 30% off every plan and add-on. Send us your 12A/80G certificate or department letterhead and it is applied permanently.
We take no commission on registration fees. You keep 100% of what participants pay, less only the payment gateway's own charge — around 1.9% on cards and nil on UPI, billed transparently.
Every paid plan carries the Event Day Guarantee: if our platform is unavailable for more than 30 continuous minutes while your event is live, that event is free. No forms, no arguing — we spot it and credit you.

We were quoted ₹1.4 lakh by an event agency for registration desk staff alone. The Pro plan plus a support crew day cost us under ₹25,000 and handled twice the load.
