Every confirmed participant gets a QR pass on WhatsApp the moment they pay. At the gate, any volunteer with a phone becomes a scanner — no hardware, no queue, no printed list going soggy in the rain.

Cricket runs ball-by-ball. Badminton runs in sets. Athletics runs on stopwatch timings and wind readings. Chess runs on Swiss pairings. Each sport gets a scoring screen that speaks its own language instead of a generic points box.
