One office, on-ground crews across four zones

Product, engineering and the commercial desk all sit in our Greater Kailash office in New Delhi. For large championships we deploy on-ground crews into the west, south and east zones as well, so someone can physically be at your venue the night before.

Within one business day, and usually within four working hours if you write before 5 p.m. IST on a weekday. Demo slots are confirmed on WhatsApp so you are not waiting on an email thread. If your event is inside the next ten days, mention the date in the message and we move you to the front of the queue.
No — pick "Not sure yet". Plenty of school committees write in before the budget meeting. We will send indicative pricing for two or three scenarios so you have real numbers to take to your principal or finance head. Published plan pricing is on the pricing page and there is a free Starter tier for events under 100 participants.
Regularly. A single-venue event with under 2,000 participants can be live in a day; we have onboarded a two-day college fest in 72 hours. What we cannot compress is payment-gateway activation for a brand-new entity, which needs your PAN, GST and bank proof and typically takes three to five working days. Start that paperwork on day one and the rest follows easily.
On Championship plans, yes — an on-ground crew arrives the evening before to set up scanners, brief your volunteers and test the leaderboard display. For Pro plans it is an optional add-on quoted per day plus travel. For everything else you get the event-day hotline and a 30-minute volunteer briefing call, which is enough for the vast majority of events.
